EXPA randomly redirects to


To compensate for the excessive traffic hitting our servers due to Black Friday sales, we have raised the capacity of our servers, this should not be an issue any more.

Sometimes when we are updating our services, there is a brief downtime with the server which is responsible for determining if you have permission to access EXPA or not, and as a failsafe it will automatically redirect you to If this happens, please wait 5-10 minutes and try again. In case you are unable to log in to EXPA after 30 minutes, please confirm that you have an active role on EXPA. If you do, drop a message to EXPA support.

Creating a new opportunity edits the information of the previous opportunity instead


Simply log out and log back in and this bug should be fixed. If not, try clearing your cache or using incognito mode. If you are still facing issues, please drop a mail to EXPA support.

Unable to mark EPs as approved on EP profile page


If you are unable to mark EPs asĀ approved on their EP profile page under the applications tab, please press Control and plus (on Windows) or Command and plus (on Mac) to zoom your page out a few times, then you’ll be able to click the link properly. To reset the zoom, press Control/Command and the number 0.\
This issue has been resolved.
